Almost Everything: I had a very disappointing stay at BigHeaven. The furniture is old and broken, and the house is not clean. The windows were cracked, there was no fan, and it was extremely hot inside. The drain was not working properly—after showering, dirty water flowed outside and could be seen right in front of the sitting room. The wardrobe was broken and the curtains were torn. Overall, the place was uncomfortable and poorly maintained. I do not recommend staying here.
