Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Lovely and clean. The shower was so powerful, it made a really nice change from other places we have stopped it before. The location is perfect for a city centre break in Birmingham as everything is walkable from it. Our 2nd time of staying there, and we are looking forward to our next stay in a couple of weeks.

Got no fresh towels for the 3 days i was there

Shocking customer service (I use the term very lightly!)

They cancelled the room on me in the early hours of the day I was due to attend, didn't even give me a proper reason just said they couldn't host me. Absolutely disgusting so last minute.

Clean, bright, comfortable, great shower. Tea and coffee provided. Easy check in information. Very close to the bull ring, cheap car park within a 2 min walk and less than 20min walk to O2 arena.

Very cold when we first arrived but did warm up quickly.

We received an email cancelling the room whilst we were at the property. I have emailed the company twice and still waiting for an acknowledgement and a refund

Brilliant price. Excellent location.
