Great location, nice and clean. Felt safe alone.

Only small thing. Wish there was a paper towel or napkins for after cleaning. Nothing major

I did not realise there would not be a personal check in until half an hour before arriving (I had received email confirmation of my predicted arrival was within their timetable), when I received a text with a smart pad code together with strong instructions to ensure the door was locked at all times. The building was very run down and there was no evidence of a keypad. A phone call informed me that a knob above headlight had the keypad embedded but on inspection many of the buttons had been rubbed off and it was not possible to identify some of them. During this time I was standing, alone with luggage and using my phone in rundown surroundings repeatedly trying to gain access. I called again when attempts failed, somebody finally turned up, explained hurriedly which the blank keys were which and providing more information about access which had not been provided on the text. I decided that this was an unacceptable place to stay. I therefore wish to have a refund.

We had a long search but when we sorted it out, the flat was very close to the centre and the station. The room is clean, spacious for two people. The appliances work well. Thank you, I would stay again, just in another room with a more comfortable bed.

The mattress is very bad, it creaked every time we moved and flopped around. My partner and I have bad backs and it was bad for us.

Location

The toilet seat was broken. There wasn’t any communication of door codes etc so was stood outside for ages without any access and no answer on phone. The room wasn’t very clean. Coffee trains on side and broken ornament in wardrobe. Hair in sink and on window ledge

Nothing. It was a complete nightmare from being unable to enter the property, to the awful room to being told we would get our money back only to be ignored by the hotel since.
