Everything. Exceptionally clean, good location, quiet, comfortable bed. Kitchenette well stocked with utensils. Reasonable size fridge

No TV, no microwave. There's a washing machine but not useable because filled up with the apartment's linen.

There wasnt much to like but there was a door on the bathroom and curtains and blinds on the windows. There was also a good amount of vintage clothing shops nearby and the bullrings just up the road for shopping and eating out.

On arrival the front door was tricky to open as the numbers have rubbed off the keypad lock which is also placed quite high up. The place is just left unlocked with the key on the side for you. The whole building felt quite unsafe. The front door to the flat wasn’t very secure and there was a visible gap under it (pictured below) letting in all cooking smells and noises from the halls and neighbouring flats. Upon entering we were met with a strong plastic smell? As for the apartment it was just a room with a bed, table, desk and kitchen (oven & fridge). There was no tv but a bracket had been fitted for one? The bathroom was separated by a door but it wasn’t properly cleaned, the shower still had the last persons dried soap all over the drain. The floors weren’t properly cleaned either as the floor under the bed was covered with clumps of dust. The bed was a cheap creaky ikea frame that felt like it could fall apart with any movement. There was a couple of very flat hard chairs to sit at the table but they were very uncomfortable. As for the location it was very noisy outside until gone midnight with traffic and passers by chatting and arguing right outside the window. The upstairs neighbours we had sounded as if they were stomping around/wheeling the office chair back and forth for hours, as well as moving furniture or opening and shutting cupboards with force. This went on until around 1am.

Great location. Nice clean from with comfy bed and great shower. Nice kitchen area with kettle toaster and washing machine

The location is perfect and the room is nice, spacious and modern.

The toilet seat was broke and there was no hot water for the shower and it wasn’t a big deal but a tv would of been nice and there was staining on the walls
