Pool was nice and staff were friendly & helpful

Location was a little far out from Ella. Main living room connecting the rooms had a security camera which was a little uncomfortable. There was an incident during our dinner where a glass door was broken which was left open during the night.

The food wasn't really good. Alright if there's no other option but not really decent. They have a lot of options to choose from but should focus on improving quality

"Peaceful location and stunning view!"

The property was clean, with a beautiful view and a pool! Nice bathrooms and good beds! The staff was incredibly helpful to provide us information on our day trips to Ella and Haputale, especially a big thanks to Maheshi! In the evenings after the day trips, we spent time at the pool and ordered bites from the kitchen. Good Sri Lankan food. Thanks to Hashan for serving us and checking in on us during our stay! We had breakfast one day and dinner another day! Good mix of Sri Lankan and continental!

We advised the staff to have more coat hangers and some lights in the hallway. Else the stay was superb!

"Stunning Mountain Views"

Our stay at Luxor Kirindi Ella was truly unforgettable! Nestled in Bandarawela, between Ella and Haputale, the location was ideal for exploring the region. The staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating, going above and beyond to offer great local tips and assistance. Our room was impeccably clean, with a cozy bed and breathtaking views of the mist-covered mountains. The breakfast was outstanding. We absolutely loved our experience and would choose Luxor Kirindi Ella again without hesitation!

"Very good"

It was a very nice experience and the staff was so much friendly and supportive. We were warmly welcomed, and the food and beverages were superb, specially the breakfast. Mr. Raveesh gave us a good service and finally we can recommend this place for a lovely stay at Bandarawela.

Very good service from Hotel staff including Manager , reception staff . Would like to go back again.

Hotel staff being true and advised total costs for meals well in advance. It's was a five star Hotel experience. value for money.
