The hotel and the staff were friendly, in terms of space the 3 bedroom appartement was great for a family of 5 with 3 bedrooms. One problem with the rooms was that it was near impossible to take a shower. It was either absolutely boiling or… absolutely boiling. Apparently some new heating system which pressure is too high to let the cold water through as mains are fairly low pressure. We were told to let cold water run 40 seconds but didnt solve. One slight annoyance after the first day out all day was that no one cleaned the room. We can leave without but also meant no bottles of water provided. In terms on swimming pool, what the photo doesn’t show is that it is just over a main road it was not in Ella, but 30 minutes away, which was not a problem for us with our driver guide. The big problem was dinners. We are literally talking about 1h wait for a pasta, when we were the only guests. And none of the dished arrived remotely st the same time (again we are talking of possibly 40 minutes after the first 1h wait for everyone to be served) On the second night they warned me that my curry would take 30 minutes, which i agreed was fine as needed lots of prep, but what they didn’t tell us is they wouldn’t even start cooking for the rest of the family before mine was served, so my daughter had to wait 1h for penne al pesto…. After my 30 minutes! And this was the same every 3 nights, but you dont have a choice as hotel is too remote to go somewhere else. They need to sort this!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room. The name is misleading as it is not in Ella (we should also have checked location in more detail before booking). Hotel were able to help us organise a tuk tuk to get around
