Only 2 bed by pool. Small outdoor space . Isolated but fine if you have a driver.

The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help. They provided a delicious breakfast and dinner at the dining hall with a lovely view. The location was convenient and easy to access. The rooms were spacious, new and clean, we slept very comfortably.

The rooms need a bit of improvement: fix the leaking shower, we had a wet bathroom the whole time. This wasn’t a pleasant experience. There needs to be better ventilation (like an exhaust fan) in the bathroom. Needed hand towels and bath mats. The sink taps, toilet roll holder and towel hooks were not fixed properly. The toilet roll holder came off completely. The bedroom needed heating and better storage (hooks, coat hangers, bed side table on all sides. There was plenty of space but it wasn’t used efficiently.

One of the best rooms we stayed in during our trip. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Nice big, comfy bed - slept really well. Staff were very helpful and tried their best. Even sent my glasses to our next hotel by courier!

A bit out of the way for us. Wasn’t really near any restaurants etc. Didn’t really like having to pre order food - breakfast and dinner.

Lovely room with beautiful Mountain views. All new and clean facilities with a pool (although much smaller than the photos suggest and very cold). Comfortable extra large bed, lovely bedding, all very clean. Warm and friendly staff.

No hand towels, face and bath towels only and nowhere to hang them when wet. No mirror in the room. No hot water on day one so showered in cold water, blocked drain so bathroom flooded. Staff seemingly indifferent to the discomfort and disappointment caused, although they kept smiling. No housekeeping so returned at the end of the day to dirty cups & glasses, bed unmade, no fresh towels, cleaning etc. Asked to pay the bill before we had even checked into or seen the room and Manager unable to produce an invoice. Staff were pleasant and friendly but no leadership or initiative and clearly profit is at the heart of this hotels focus rather than customer care.

Nice room but terrible service. Took a whole hour to get a cup of tea and we ended up going up to our room to get water after an hour's wait. Lovely hotel but clear that they haven't got a clue about the restaurant/hotel business.
