The location is the very centre of the Wells downtown, right off to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the cathedral and marekt place. Left cell phone at check-out and the cleaning person found it and handed to the reception(reception is at nearby pub), huge thanks for this!

Asked heating to be on as arrived late at night and children had singing audition next morning, worried they may catch a cold after a long road trip. The heating was not one when arrived and failed to start the boiler, no hot water or heating during the night, one caught a cold, survived through audition but would have been nice if heating was taken care of before our arrival.

The location was excellent with easy access to the city centre, shops, cathedral and Bishop's palace.

Parking wasn't very convenient. The one-way traffic system made it difficult to drop-off our luggage on arrival and collect it again on departure. In addition, it was a fair walk to park the car somewhere safely overnight.

Location, size and facilities were great for a family of 4.super close to sites and easy to get in.

The initial response from the pub staff where we went to get the keys, was pretty unwelcoming Yes we were earlier than expected, but a polite no it’s not ready yet instead of the dismissal we got would have been better.

wunderschönes Appartement in einem Hinterhof, den man von der Straße aus nicht erwartet, tolle Lage mit Restaurants und auch Bäckereien direkt in der fussläufigen Nähe. Supermarkt mit dem Auto 3 Minuten entfernt. Samstag ein schöner Wochenmarkt

die Betten könnten etwas härter sein, aber das ist ja bekanntlich Geschmacksache
