Swan Mews

I could have lived there, it was finished and equipped to a very high standard. Right in the middle of the city but tucked away and so quiet and private. You can drop off your luggage outside and the public car park was in the side street and is free 6pm - 9am, if you put 3hrs on your car at 5pm it will carry over to 11am checking out time! I was staying with my mother and she locked me out 😂 the host came at 10.50pm to let me in and was cheerful

We stayed just for 1 night and so it didn’t matter but the weather was lovely and there was no outside sitting. Book Mews 3 or 4 which have an exterior terrace if that’s important!

We finally ticked off staying in a mews! Loved the location – quiet yet right in the centre of it all.

The bathroom extractor fan is very weak, and the WiFi is unreliable – the signal is quite poor.

The apartments were really comfortable, clean and pleasant. All the beds were very comfortable and the apartments are conveniently right in the centre of Wells. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Other than the front gate being a little stuck/stiff, nothing.

The property was extremely clean and well equipped. It was perfect for our short stay.

The bunk beds need an oil. They squeaked every time someone moved. This made for a night of disruption with the kids. That said, I’m sure this can be remedied very easily.

The inside of the house has been beautifully renovated and it was very comfortable. Everything was clean and the facilites were good. Despite being right in the middle of the town, it was very quiet.

Just a minor point, the taps in the bathroom basin were difficult to grasp.

Only tiny things would be the microwave didn't work properly, the button jams shut and the handle to the front door is really fiddly where it has come loose.

Yes great even with pub next door once inside you could not hear the noise is

The property was in great location and very secure

The property was not clean. The oven had food debris left in it, the cooker hood and extractor were filthy. I had to wash all items in the kitchen before use with old coffee in cups, dinner debris on plates and in pots and pans. We also had to remove cobwebs from the ceiling of every room, and not just one or two small ones! Also, our booking said two bunk beds when there is actually only one
