Mostly as described property, in a town centre so great location! Very busy area but the Mews was set back and felt quiet and secure in the evening. It was a little annoying to have to go down the street to get the keys but I appreciate the document explaining how to find the property and get into it. We were 5 and only there one night and it was comfortable for us for that time.

It wasn't easy to unload out stuff so we just walked it over from the car park. If you struggle with accessibility you might struggle here. Though there were loading spaces out front they aren't always available. We had a small issue with ants (it is an old property) but they came and dealt with it quickly and that was fine for us.

The pretty Mews is very well situated close to the cathedral. My little ones absolutely loved it! The place was super comfortable, quiet, and had great facilities. Checking in was really easy. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer.

It’s useful to be able to park on-site, but not possible here. The floor in the shower was slippery (great power-shower though!) The sofa- bed was a little rickety, but the beds upstairs were very comfortable.

Position, clean and tidy

Guttering leaked so when looking to put key in door got water down the back of my neck. Shower poor in that if hot no flow, if flow good cold. Not notified where 3rd bed linen was so had to find! pre arrival ie email correspondence staff very helpful . Upstairs bedroom door difficult closing due to screws in hinge hanging out

A hidden gem! Its location was perfect for a wedding at the swan hotel on the Saturday

A few more tea bags needed for a two night stay for a family of 4 Towels could be a little larger too
