Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Zentrum, aber ruhig in einem Hinterhaus. In Kürze ist man zu Fuß an der Kathedrale. Schlafzimmer und Bad befinden sich im Dachgeschoss und sind gut ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein zusätzliches WC. Direkt vor dem Apartment ist ein kleiner Terrassenbereich nach Westen ausgerichtet mit einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen. Für unsere Zwecke (1 Nacht) war die Wohnung gut.

Die Küche war bezogen auf das Geschirr rudimentär ausgestattet. Nur Weingläser - davon hatten wir mehr als genug :). Es gibt im Apartment keine Stühle oder ein Tisch zum Essen. Da das Wetter gut war, konnten wir draußen sitzen. Laut Anzeige ist Checkin ab 15 Uhr möglich . Faktisch war die Schlüsselübergabe erst um 17.30 Uhr möglich, da die Wohnung noch nicht gereinigt war. Begründung: Es waren so viele Wohnungen zu reinigen. Parken ist vor dem Haus nur für 30 Minuten möglich, sofern Plätze frei sind, es gibt aber eine Loadingzone. Dauerhafte Parkmöglichkeit ist in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen gut, ab drei wird es sehr eng, da, die Couch ausgezogen werden muss.

the place came with wifi however on the advert it says that it doesn’t so that should be changed i would also change the bunk beds for 2 single beds to make it more accessible

Location was excellent

A more integrated solution for parking. The suggestion provided by the host could be more detailed- directions, cost breakdown etc would help the guest decide what the most appropriate option would be for them.

The house very well located for the city, quiet and warm.

1. The mattresses. One mattress was so hard neither person had any sleep. The other mattress - you could feel the springs coming through. 2. The central heating thermostat does not work making it unbearably hot over the night. 3. Outdoor light not working. 4.There were dusty cobwebs above the bed.

Dining table grubby. Placemats would have been nice. Very basic crockery and cutlery. As we stayed just before Christmas, a little festive touch would have been nice.

Great central location to the town and good space for 4 to fit comfortably with a lounge too.

No hot water or heating when we woke up - and this was in the middle of December. From recent reviews this seems to be a recurring issue. The emergency phone line was not answered and after messaging the host they said they were nowhere near to be able to help, so it was not resolved. Kitchen was good but has very limited cooking utensils (e.g. 1 small frying/sauce pan & 1 small baking tray) so take your own if you would like to cook there.

Great location in the centre of town. Easy to walk to pubs and restaurants.

there was no parking available. But we new that. There is long term parking nearby at a reasonable price.

Great central location for Wells, for parking need to find a local car park near to the location. Found one which was just under £6 for 24hrs.

Bath room could have been tidied up with the paintwork, but otherwise everything was clean and tidy.
