Lobster Bay Lombok

Great location, beautiful views, quiet and peace full, great sized villas and private, great friendly staff and the food was really good.

The bed base timbers were noisy and rubbing when you move on the bed. So a little noisy

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at Lobster Bay Resort! The entire Lobster Bay team was incredible — so warm, kind, and genuinely caring. Special thanks and a big shoutout to Rozi, Bolot, Dika, and Amelia, who made our stay truly unforgettable. Everything was well organized — from renting scooters to arranging pick-ups, everything ran smoothly and effortlessly. The food was delicious, the room beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, and the room service outstanding. Every detail was handled with so much care and heart. My personal highlight was the amazing breakfast with the stunning ocean view — the perfect start to every day! Even though it’s about a 25-minute scooter ride to Gerupuk (if you want to surf there) as well as tu Kuta, it’s absolutely worth it. The peaceful atmosphere, breathtaking views, and overall vibe of the resort make it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories. La sortie bateau organisée Pink beach. La vue de la villa et du restaurant magnifique. La.piscine a débordement au top. Le personnel au petit soins, j ai eu droit a un mocktail personnalisé tous les soir et différents. ☺️. Merci.

L'etablissemet est un complexe de plusieurs villa tres jolies distantes des unes avec une magnifique vue sur la mer au calme et tres reposant. Un Havre de paix Parfait pour un repos ressourcant. Un personnel tres serviable, toujours disponible a vos demandes et votre ecoute., ainsi que la Direction. Un ++++ la literie excellente. Assez rare en Indonesia. Possibilite de faire des TOURS via l hotel , pour Decouvrir lombok, tres bien, avec chauffeur tres serviable et mets tout en oeuvre pour bien expliquer. Le service restaurant est tres bon. Surement que nous reviendrons. Je recommended a 100%.

Der Ausblick ist grandios. Wer es abgeschieden mag ist da richtig. Das Personal versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.

Negativ empfanden wir, dass der Pool über chlort war und es keine Dusche am Pool gab. Zudem ist kein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer vorhanden. Stattdessen steht ein offener im offenen Bad. Durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit würden dort aber die Sachen klamm werden, somit mussten wir alles im Zimmer irgendwie verteilen. Da es so abgeschieden ist, sind die Taxipreise sehr hoch. Die Frühstücks Auswahl sollte auch vorhanden sein.

Our family had 5 lovely days at Lobster Bay in August. We were blown away by the magnificent views, the friendliness of the staff, and their generous help whenever we needed it. Our day trips out to Pink Beach, Mawun Beach, and Selong Belanak were big highlights, and swims in our pool and massages at Lobster Bay helped to ease us into a wonderful sense of relaxation.

Unfortunately we found Andrew, the owner, to be rude, arrogant and intrusive, and we had to navigate several uncomfortable and inappropriate situations with him. This was a surprise as we had anticipated a very different experience based upon online reviews. Lobster Bay is a wonderful retreat, and while our overall experience was highly welcoming and memorable experience, it was unfortunate that this behaviour distracted from that.
