Lobster Bay Lombok

De plek is prachtig. De villa is heel ruim, comfortabel en schoon. Dit is echt een toplocatie met een fantastisch uitzicht. De service van het zeer vriendelijke personeel is uitstekend. Grote dank aan de geweldige gastheer Dajek die ons tot laat in de nacht opwachtte en de chauffeur Lalus die ons haalde en bracht en een heerlijke snorkeltour verzorgde.

Niks, dit is echt een heerlijke plek!

We spent 15 nights at the resort in a two-bedroom villa with a private pool. The views are spectacular, and the peace and quiet of the place are definitely among its best features. The villa is very comfortable, and the resort offers a good selection of food in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The location is quite remote, which we enjoyed, but you need to be a bit adventurous and independent to make the most of it. We rented a scooter and explored different parts of the island, which gave us the freedom to discover our favorite spots. The drive to Kuta takes about 25 minutes, and it’s great to return afterwards to the tranquility of the resort area, which is far less developed and touristy. The beaches closest to the resort are not the best for swimming. One of the reasons we chose this place was its proximity to Tanjung Aan, but unfortunately, just before our arrival, demolition and construction works had left the beach and its surroundings in poor condition. We ended up going several times to the Pink Beach area instead. It’s a bit more than an hour away by scooter, but the ride itself is part of the experience — passing through villages, seeing the landscapes, and watching locals work the tobacco fields. At Pink Beach, you’ll find plenty of tranquility and can snorkel straight from the shore (the corals aren’t world-class, but they’re decent). During our stay, we experienced a few minor issues (such as drinking water and communication, since the staff speak limited English), but the team was always very attentive and quick to resolve things. In the end, these small incidents became part of the experience. Overall, we felt completely at home at the resort. We connected not only with the staff but also with the owner, Andrew, who gave us excellent recommendations. We left with real sadness, wishing we could have stayed longer.

La vue est magnifique, la villa est très grande et le mobilier très joli. Le restaurant offre également une très jolie vue ainsi qu'un grand choix de plats locaux et Internationaux. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli chaleureusement lors de notre diner le premier soir.

Le resort est en développement et ne compte actuellement qu'une dizaine de villas et un restaurant. L'accès à la plage est très difficile à pieds. Nous l'avons fait une seule fois. La ville de Kuta et les autres belles plages sont très éloignées donc il est nécessaire de louer un scooter. Cela prend environ 25 min pour Kuta centre. Autour de l'hôtel, il n'y a rien à faire.... à prendre en compte!

El entorno en el que se encuentran las villas es realmente mágico. Nos encantó la calidad de la villa y la piscina, la perfección de los jardines y vegetación del complejo. Es un entorno en el que consigues desconectar y descansar.

La ubicación. Alquilamos una moto para movernos con libertad por la isla, en Kuta se encuentran concentrados todos los servicios y está a 25 minutos y hacerlo a diario se hacía un poco pesado. Además, para visitar algunas playas el transporte era de una hora. No había restaurantes ni servicios alrededor y en alguna ocasión nos habría gustado poder variar y no cenar en el hotel. No obstante, teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, si tu plan es descontar y descansar lo recomiendo totalmente

Beautiful place, and the sweetest people. I loved that it was quiet and private, and the villa was amazing as was the view. I loved come into the restaurant and being meet by kind people. I especially enjoyed my talks with Tini, Rozi and Andrew the owner.
