We didn't actually stay in the accommodation we had booked because before arriving we realised we had accidentally booked and had already paid for the wrong room. We explained the situation to the staff and while they could not provide us with another room on site, they were able to put us into another property that they owned and offset what we had already paid against this. The alternative accommodation was more expensive but fantastic for our needs and we absolutely loved it. The staff were considerate, understanding, and helpful. Hence our positive scoring.

nice location, restaurant and pub very good, people/community very welcoming.

room is very cramped only suitable for one night stays. Ongoing building works around the property very disruptive and no associated parking. No interaction with property or updates. This should be heavily discounted/not on the market whilst building works ongoing.

Comfortable, clean, bedroom spacious, great location and bistro.

Shower room a bit small, but we managed fine.

Love this location, so convenient for the waterfall walks, and it was a relief to not need to travel home after a long day out. The room was very clean and cosy.

The internet signal was not always great, and the size of the shower enclosure was 'tight'.
