Riad Zazz

Es war die perfekte Unterkunft. Lage hervorragend. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Medina waren gut zu erreichen hen. Lediglich die Gärten haben wir mit dem Auto besucht.Es gab in der Nähe Parkplätze für das Auto. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war ein Traum (natürlich wetterabhängig). Es war alles sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos, estão sempre bem disposto e prontos a ajudar. O pequeno almoço é bastante bom, todos os dias tem alguma coisa diferente. O transfer do riad para o aeroporto funciona bem e é acessível. No último dia, existe a possibilidade de guardarem as nossas mochilas após o check-out, e deixam usufruir do espaço do riad, o que facilita muito.

Existem quartos sem janelas. O ar condicionado não funcionava muito bem. Dentro do quarto não estava quente, no entanto houve noites que estava mais fresco. Mas disponibilizaram um edredom extra.

La amabilidad y la constante atención del personal para ayudarnos en todo momento de cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar, así como indicarnos los sitios a donde teníamos que ir, entregarnos mapas de la ciudad y el recorrido. También nos proporcionaron traslados desde el aeropuerto al Riad y regreso, recogiéndonos ellos personalmente en la zona donde te deja el coche ( ya que no se permiten coches en la Medina, porque no caben ) y dirigirnos hasta el Riad ya que es un auténtico laberinto.

Lo único a destacar es que no hay caja de seguridad en la habitación y no te limpian la habitación en todo la estancia que estuvimos de 3 noches.

Would have been nice if you buy drinks (non-alc) at the Rooftop. Rooftop and riad was calm and quiet, all though it is situated in the middle of the medina. Breakfast Could use some variation as it was the same for 6 days. Rooms were a bit cold but AC helped. All though it is written that they had a hammam, they do Not!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended some good restaurants, let us keep our luggage there after we checked out so we could still enjoy the city for another day before our onward travel. The rooftop was gorgeous, the interior design was lovely especially the stained glass windows!

It was a little noisy at times due to building renovations and the plumbing was a little smelly although that may be typical in the nrighbourhood.
