The Roof is really Nice and the staff is the best, he waited for us until 1am when our flight was delayed. Nice tea, good breakfast, clean rooms!

The location in regards to being in the heart of Medina and nice staff

The bathroom/shower was almost impossible to use. It was extremely small and the shower was installed too high and angled directly to the wall. Super annoying design and lack of practicality. The towels and sheets were not clean and the heat was not working properly (almost not at all).

"Ideal location in Marrakech"

Our stay at Riad Zazz was excellent. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the Medina, within walking distance of the souks and virtually all the main sights. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always on hand to assist and answer questions. Breakfast was good, and the riad was consistently clean and well maintained. Should we ever return to Marrakech, Riad Zazz will be our first choice!

La ubicación de este riad es muy buenas, esta en la medina a 5 minutos de todo. fácil de llegar tanto por la parte del aparcamiento o por la plaza. la habitación esta correcta, limpieza y cama perfecta.

hay dos cosas que tienen que mejorar. 2 veces nos quedamos sin agua caliente y tuvimos que duchar con agua fria. baje a la recepción hable con el chico pero no hizo nada. y el desayuno lo veo muy justo en cantidad. el sitio es agradable la terraza al sol se estaba muy bien. pero las cantidad de comida muy justa, nos pusieron unos bizcochos que estaban secos y duros. es muy mejorable. es lo unico que no nos gusto.

Riad Zazz is very well located, just 5 minutes from the main square, Jemaa el-Fna. The courtyard of the riad is also nicely renovated. The guys at the reception were nice and friendly and they prepared an early take away breakfast for us.

Be very careful when booking, because one of the rooms in the riad doesn't have a window. This is not clearly visible on the picture. We coudl exchange our room luckily, but the other one wasn't fully prepared and cleaned.
