Riad Zazz

El Riad es muy bonito. Tiene una terraza increíble y las habitaciones son muy bonitas. El desayuno muy bueno. Y los dos chicos que nos atendieron, muy muy amables y majos.

El camino hasta el Riad puede ser un poco oscuro, pero aún así vale la pena 100%. El baño de nuestra habitación era un poco pequeño.

Sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit einem Tee begrüßt. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Schöne gemütliche Zimmer mit typischem Riad Flair mit Dachterrasse. Tolle Lage um die Medina zu erkunden.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans ce riad à Marrakech, du début à la fin. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, varié et préparé avec soin. Le lieu est magnifique, plein de charme et parfaitement entretenu. Un grand merci également aux personnes sur place : leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont vraiment fait la différence. Tout était parfait. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the staff with smile and great cup of tea. They gave me a tour around the hotel. They helped me to get a table at a restaurant. Answered all my questions and gave me some advice on Marrakesh activities.

The location was excellent. The Riad is tucked away in a quiet corner of the Medina so it’s quiet, but it is only a few streets from all of the shops and restaurants. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Lahcen went above and beyond to help us find a hamman on a very busy Saturday, and even guided us to the spa (a 20 minute walk). All of the staff was helpful and very friendly. The breakfast on the terrace was really nice with a combination of yogurts, juice, coffee and tea, breads and other pastries.

The Riad is very clean and our room was very large. The Riad is not fancy, but is comfortable and welcoming.
