Our train had a delay of half an hour. I arrived at 22:30 and that was no problem at al. The communication with Matko was great!

Excellent location, super friendly host, sound proof, good wifi, phenomenal shower/bathroom. Greeted with wine, juice & beers 😄 Will absolutely recommend!

Matko, the host is amazing person. Always available on the phone/WhatsApp with tips and additional info/help. His welcome package was very rich, thanks for the wines, fruits, pršut, cheese and grapes! Apartament was clean, fully equipped with all could need. And even more - all supplies were in stock like e.g. additional towels, shower gel. Location is great, a few steps from the main promenade and the old town. But a bit at the side so it wasn't loud from the street or restaurants.

The location was excellent! It is an ideal location for exploring and it is not noisy. There was great restaurants near the apartment as well as a grocery store Matko had some supplies for us when we arrived. He met us at the apartment, made sure we were comfortable and recommended some restaurants and activities.

Matko is amazing host. He is very friendly, helpful and responded to messages very quickly. The location of the apartment is perfect to explore Split. The apartment was great, exactly as in the pictures, clean and have everything you need for wonderful experience in Split. There were also a great gifts at the apartment :)

"Perfect for Split marina"

Matko was an amazing host. I have never had someone put so much effort into ensuring we were settled and comfortable. property is in a stunning location, right on the waterfront , with loads of restaurants and bars to choose from.

The bathroom is a little small but it has a good shower, lots of clean towels and it’s clean.
