Great central, safe location. Lovely old building with modern interior and good views. Comfortable beds. Good aircon in bedrooms.

Bit of confusion over amount of cash paid on arrival. Property was clean but not immaculate (tiles behind hob splattered with oil, some dishes in kitchen cupboards were grubby (previous guests to blame), pedal on kitchen bin missing, kettle broken).

Great location and well equipment, comfortable apartment.

Matko was very welcoming. He went out of his way to help us settle in. Well equipped studio. Very close to restaurants.

Nothing. No terrace but that's what you get when staying in such an amazing old property.

Beautiful property, right in the heart of Split with 5 min walk to the old town. Our host was very helpful and responded to messages quickly. He met us at the property, showed us around, explained how everything worked . He was super friendly. The property was equipped with everything we needed and very clean. Our host provided us with some wine/beers/soft drinks and some biscuits which was a lovely touch. There was plently of info about the local area including maps. We loved our stay here and we highly recommended this place if you visit Split. Thank you and definitely we will book again if we decide to visit Split.

The location is excellent, near the old town but in a quieter area. The host was very kind, he met us near the apartment and also provided good advice about restaurants etc. He had nice wine, beer and water for us.

The apartment is very small, hard to find a place to put things. The bed is small, uncomfortable and creaky when getting in or out, an older spring mattress that should be updated. Can get noisy with other guests coming and going.

it is right in the center of the old town! so close to the river walk and tons of restaurants.

Fantastic location, very helpful and kind owner, perfect base to explore old town and surrounding area when travelling with a group of 3-4 people. Many great restaurants and the harbour near by- very walkable location.
