Holiday Home Riva Promenade

Absolutely wonderful stay! The room was cosy and incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home. The location couldn't be better – just a 10-minute walk to our daily swimming spot where we enjoyed some fantastic moments at Jadran Beach Bar. The proximity to a great selection of restaurants, like Fife which is just around the corner a minute away, was a huge plus. For a relaxing drink, Teraca Bamba is right around the corner, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. Communication with the host was excellent, ensuring everything went smoothly and as planned. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Honestly, there wasn't anything we didn't like. Everything was perfect, from the cosy room to the fantastic location and excellent amenities. We had an amazing stay and couldn't have asked for more.

Host was very welcoming and accommodating. The venue was very central. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable.

Great location with very close proximity to the main attractions and with many restaurants and food stores nearby. Fully stocked apartment with everything you might need in a house. Very friendly host. Welcome gifts from the host, waiting in the fridge. Working AC (life saviour). WiFi was also good. Coffee machine with large supply of coffee capsules. Large supply of clean towels, including two beach towels. Highly recommend this place, the two of us enjoyed it very much during our 5 day holiday in Split.

There were a couple of very minor issues that ultimately didn't detract from our enjoyment too much, but we hope that they could be improved so other guests could enjoy it even more. The towels had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. We've read that smoking is a custom in Croatia, but it can still be unpleasant for non-smokers. Unfortunately there were some insects like very tiny ants in the kitchen and even one cockroach. Not sure where they came from since we kept the windows closed and used AC in order to be able to sleep. There were spices like salt and pepper or paprika, but they were long past their best before dates, so could get replaced.

Location was perfect 5 min walk to all things you want to see palace etc.

Perfect location to explore the main tourist area in Split. So close to all the attractions and restaurants! Drago was very nice to meet and accomodating with our arrival time after we were delayed getting there. The apartment is well provisioned and even with some gifts. Highly recommend!
