Evelin's apartment

Everything was perfect!

Very clean, easy access by key box and code, good communications up front, easy to find and nice residential location with 200 to 300m distance to shops restaurants and metro, tram, bus. The AC works well, essential for the summer as it is a loft flat. Facilities are clean and modern. All things are there for cooking if needed, TV with a MI box so anyone can use their own apps to watch TV if needed, each room has a TV. A lot of toileteries and supplies all in. The building is very quiet.

Just a couple of constructive points, not a downer for us, would be nice to consider AC for the other rooms as the one unit struggles to heat whole flat if its very hot outside. Its a 5 to 10 min walk to public transport, just something to consider for those not so mobile.

Die Wohnung von Evelyn ist sehr sauber, ruhig und gut gelegen. Die Wohnung ist gut mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ebenso liegt sie zentral zu vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Ich würde das nächste Mal in Budapest gern wieder dort verbringen.

Nichts

L'emplacement est parfait, la literie est confortable. Pratique qu'il y ait tout le nécessaire sur place : dentifrice, gel douche, coton...

Dommage que les portes soient transparentes car elles laissent passer la luminosité. Dommage que la douche fuit après chaque passage.

Excellent apartment – one of the best choices in Budapest! Evelin’s apartment was truly amazing and exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, modern, fully equipped, and very cozy, located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, as the tram 4-6 stop is just 2–3 minutes away on foot, making it very easy to get almost anywhere in Budapest. There is also a shopping mall nearby with everything you might need. Evelin was an outstanding host — very kind, helpful, and provided detailed instructions that made our stay smooth and stress-free. We will definitely choose this apartment again on our next visit to Budapest. Evelin, thank you so much for everything!

Nothing – everything exceeded our expectations.

Un appartement très joliment décoré Un grand espace Beaucoup de rangements Beaucoup d’équipements multimédia, trois TV dans l’appartement, une box média, des enceintes pour le son… La cuisine est vraiment très bien équipée Beaucoup de consommables à disposition dans la salle de bain (coton, cotons tiges, mousse à raser, dentifrice, produits de toilette, lessive…) Beaucoup de jeux de lumière intéressants pour créer un espace cocooning tamisé avec des bandeaux leds dans les faux plafonds et des lumières chaudes Le canapé a un peu vécu, mais il offre une assise très profonde Une propriétaire serviable Ils ont pensé au porte-valise! C’est assez rare pour le souligner.

Rien qui mérite de dégrader la note, mais quelques points à signaler : Très difficile de dormir dans le noir, prévoyez un masque : les stores des fenêtres de toit ne ferment pas jusqu’en bas et ils sont juste au-dessus du lit. Les portes en verre dépoli sont jolies mais elles laissent passer la lumière entre les pièces, y compris les chambres. La lumière venant du séjour me dérangeait et j’étais seul, mais je pense que si on est à plusieurs avec des rythmes décalés, c’est un problème. Dans la salle d’eau, la lumière devant le miroir est une peu juste pour le rasage, les soins de peau ou le maquillage. Je pense que la douche a un petit problème d’étanchéité
