Second stay here. Very friendly. Room I had this time had an unexpected feature, not only did it have the usual tea/coffee making facilities, it had a kitchen area with electric hob, airfryer,. Microwave, sandwiche toaster, proper undercounter fridge, sink. Amazing !!

Peaceful and quite. Host Jay, very friendly. I had ensuite room with mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Tv in room with Netflix. There was also a large communal tv/sitting room. A cooked breakfast is available, but you can also avail of the large kitchen area to cook your own food. Would definitely consider a stay again. Cheers.

I stay here frequently and it's great to see the continuous improvement Jay has put into the place. He is an absolute gentleman and again, made me feel so welcome during my stay. The house is set in a very peaceful and tranquil setting. Very spacious room with a comfy super king bed and electric blanket which was just lovely.

The £5 parking fee but this is advertised and the property is much cheaper than other places in the area.

Excelent ratio price/accomodation, comfortable bed, kitchen available. Great staff, owner very forthcoming
