Sorry we did not enjoy our stay none of us could sleep i didn't even sleep on the bed as the smell of cat was overpowering!! You should warn guests that there's a cat running about as I am allergic to cats! and as for parking charge of £5 and you could barely turn the car!! very untidy and unclean would not recommend 🙄

Have stayed here a few times now and cannot fault this place at all. Jay is an excellent host and very informative, made me feel very welcome as always and again, couldn't be more helpful! My room was clean, warm and comfortable. Free WiFi too which is always a bonus :) Thanks for another enjoyable stay, highly recommend and look forward to returning again soon!

-Dirty throughout -Bed sheets did not appear clean and smelt damp -dirty towels -dirty bathrooms -smell of cat and damp throughout

Air vent were provided from the Owners.

There were hair on the mattress and pieces. Cooker were little damaged but also sharing kitchen and bathroom wasn’t very cleaned. Broken drawer on the floor. Clothes all over the kitchen. We weren’t aware of German shepherd dog that owners have and have a friendly black cat. I tried to finding subtitles for tv and it is impossible to find. We thought we have cooker in our room. We couldn’t opening or closed curtains were so difficulty. We found someone’s short that has weed in a pocket in the bathroom with trainers.

It was easy to find and the host Jay was very friendly and accommodating. The light in the toilet didn't work but he found a temporary solution that worked very well. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was brilliant too.

Great location. Beautiful and spacious room with my own fridge and the comfiest double bed. Jay the host is super friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend. I will most certainly stay here again 😊

The property was under renovation. will be nice when done

The toilet system was broken, and the shower area was mouldy, so I didn't shower.

Such a kind and friendly host and I was made to feel very welcome :)

Quite facilities and for the price paid I would recommend to any. Owner friendly and approachable
