"Amazing stay with great location, great hosts!!"

We had an incredible stay in San Cristobal de las Casas! The room was not just lovely but also incredibly comfortable (water pressure was the best we had ever!). The location was spot on, making it easy to explore the area. However, what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Senhor Luís and Senhor António were outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Their warmth and dedication made our stay unforgettable. We can't wait to return!

Our group loved the personal feel and family-ownership. Antonio and his family and staff were amazingly attentive and helpful.

Quiet nice guesthouse, 10 minute walk to the centre. Possibility to book there a tour, for example to the overwhelming Cañon de Sumidero with pick up at the hotel.

"Superb"

Good location, though it is still about 15 minutes walking to the main plaza. The house we had was big and had all we needed. Antonio is the best, he is very nice and willing to help with everything. There are nice places to sit outside and in the lobby.

It was cold in the house which made everything a bit damp.

Very nice stay in San Cristobal. Outstanding, helpful staff, they are used to guests going to the organized trips so there is no problem with leaving baggage. They even offer take away sandwich in place of breakfast! Breakfast is tasty and quite big, but the same every day. The public space is nicely done and spacious, so you don't feel the problem of the small room.

The weather was rainy and cold, so that may be the cause of it, but the room was extraordinary humid. Maybe there should be more ventilation.

The host was very friendly, it felt like we were visiting an old friend. The breakfast was nice as well. Good location. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room and the bed were quite small, and there was no noise insulation, but I find it to be a common thing in Mexico considering this price range. And it wouldn't deter me from staying here again.
