The Corduroy Hotel

Amazing boutique property, located close to the beach and shopping streats but peaceful. It's an old huge villa, with a couple of rooms. Perfect to relax and enjoy time,

A moqsuito net would be nice, as there are quite some mosquito's around. Also take ear plugs as the room can be quite noisy.

The aesthetic here was amazing! Beautiful space. The owner was lovely, had the privilege of meeting her. Love the concept.

Everything was great. Room was a lil small, but I didn’t spend much time in the room as I was on vacation out exploring.

The design, the estate and the atmosphere were great

Very generous and helpful staff. Let me use a spare room and all the living spaces until late in the day when my flight left without a charge.

Shower a fraction on the small side with spillover into the toileting area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Whenever we had a question or query, they were happy and prompt to help. We met the owner, who also seemed lovely. She introuduced herself, which we really appreciated and she gave us some advice on where to eat or drink. The pool area is stunning. The whole decor is gorgeous. Very chic and rustic. I loved walking around the grounds to take it all in. There's also nice chilled music around the pool and snacks you can take and pay for at the end of your stay. The location is really good, only a 5 minute walk to Echo beach where there are some nice bars and places to eat. It's a bit further to walk for actual Canngu. It's also so nice to hear all the wildlife and birds whilst in the hotel and laying around the pool. The parrot is gorgeous, but sadly has his wing clipped, I'm not sure why. I was hoping maybe he'd been rescued and brought to the hotel like that, rather than it being done so he has to stay at the hotel. He's a funny little fella.

There's nothing that we didn't like. Our room was a bit basic and small, with a small and basic bathroom also. The shower leaked water across the floor but we didn't mind overly. The large window was lovely and had a nice view, which also made the room bright and airy. It was still very comfortable.

Someone said it’s “Soho House style” and they were bang on. I felt so relaxed and also gently pampered. I adore the quirky artsy style and the swimming pool is gorgeous. The room was great - a duplex with an outside seating area - and I peeked in the others which were equally fabulous Staff are fantastic: available, willing to help but not intrusive My favourite go to hotel now - family live in Bali and I will be back!

The mosquitoes! I chose a River villa so my bad - there’s nothing more they could do about it, but if you are sensitive to the critters pick a different room…
