Pool only but not the flair

This is honestly one of the worst staycation experiences I’ve ever had. The property we booked on the app was not what we got—without any prior notice, they suddenly transferred us to Fame Tower. Apparently, the original unit in Flair Tower is infested with cockroaches (which they conveniently failed to disclose beforehand). Imagine paying in full and only finding this out after everything is settled. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of transparency. None of their policies were clearly listed on the booking app. Instead, they only sent them after payment was completed—how is that even acceptable? On top of that, they charged a utility fee, which I’ve never encountered in all my years of booking staycations. This whole situation feels misleading and poorly handled. Guests deserve honesty and proper disclosure, not last-minute surprises and hidden charges. Honestly, super disappointing.

This property was ok but the host was totally rude and bad behaviour. I already paid my one night rent through booking.com but still they took 300 peso extra from me for electricity bill. Which i never see over the world this kind of stupid system. Host name was Monty falco and I will advice to others don’t book with him he is asking extra money with stupid reasons .

Location was very accessible to Greenfields where you can hang out

They demanded I pay an in cash 3000php utility fee upon arrival that wasn’t mentioned previously or in the listing and is more than standard utility rate here. And they changed the locks in the middle of my stay while all my belongs were in the room to coerce me to pay. The appliances didn’t work, the outlets sparked when I plugged them in. There was mold under the sink because it’s not draining properly. The balcony is full of broken furniture pieces and the slider to access the balcony isn’t lockable. Additionally the wifi does not work at all. When I raised these concerns to them they didn’t address any, just demanded I pay the utility fee still. It felt predatory, unprofessional and potentially illegal.

The was not clean,a lot as in a lot of cockroach as in the wall,bed and n d floor,cr bathroom damage,cannot be flash,door damage,WHAT U SEE AND READ IN THE DESCRIPTION IS WHAT U DONT GET......why, ketchen lack of utensils,no tv,...we let us transfer 3rms because of damage bathroom,cockroach and no water....so VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT ALL,

None, everything was so disappointing from the unit and to the staffs.

First of all we were not informed that we will be transferred to another condo unit to the other location, we were transferred twice. The unit was so filthy, lots of cockroaches, I even got some bedbug bites. The staffs were not accomodative, they were not sure about what they’re doing and giving us the worst attitude ever.

wala tlaga, sobrang rude pati owner. imagine, ibang room binigay samin kasi may tao pa daw sa original na room namin, wala pang tv, mag ooverthink ka na anytime pwd gumapang sa ilong mo ung ipis kasi kahit san tlaga may maliliit na ipis. nireport namin sa owner pero ang response samin di naman daw delikado ung ipis. Wala ding tissue. the next day nagpalipat kami, tapos this time nay tv a kaso parang bodega, umuuga lahat ng higaasn. tapos may tambak na parcel. tapos this time nakikipag usap ng matino ung owner un pala kasi hihiramin ung tv kasi may bata daw sa sumunod sa nilipatan namin, wth? tapos may 150 per head for internet na sobrang bagal pati tv kahit wla namang tv. worst experienced malala, di sya staycation, para kang asa kulungan. nakulong pa kami kasi sira ung second padlock, sinabihan pa kami na dapat di na nagsesecond lock, pinukpok pa namkn ng kawali para maopen. nasugat pa ung isa kasi sobrang pihit. pati ilaw di namin mabuksan sa cr kasi my right way ng pagbukas dapat daw pupukpukin, ilaw sa may bed isa lang nagama pundido pa. ung unan at sapin kala mo mapupunit ma sa nipis. di kami nakapagpic gaano kasi busy kami sa event namin , video lang pero di maattach

The owners are nice to deal with. the guards are kind

It was hard to get in touch with the host/staff since contact no. given was not working. Once reached, the staff was responsive and accomodating

There were onsite charges collected. 150/head utility fee, parking fee and separate amenity fees. the sink drain had food bits from previous tenant, the door locks of toilet is falling off, no shower curtain or mop. Incomplete beddings provided, no towels given. A LOT OF COCKROACHES who are not afraid of people.
