Excellent service, great food, great views and pool. No real place to run, but walk up and down Orvieto a few times to make up for it :-)

Great property just a short drive from Orvieto. The staff was kind and helpful offering up information and suggestions. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, prepared onsite with excellent espresso based coffee options (yum). We didn't use the pool (October) but it looked wonderful. And did I mention the views?! Remarkable. Don't forget to try the local Orvieto Classico white wine.

Room didn't have a good chair/place to sit. and the bed wasn't overly comfortable (too hard according to my wife) which shouldn't be the case.
