"A beautiful Property, Very clean,amazing views from the pool area."

A very charming and romantic property with terrific views and grounds. Some of the rooms you could hear the neighbors water. The dinner was acceptable however I recommend going into Orvieto for the value comparison.

Menu items, could improve on friendliness (perhaps they were tired from the busy tourist season).

A magical and wonderful place, overlooking the old city in Orvieto. Very nice staff . Excellent service, beautiful garden, pampering pool and hot tub. We had a large room, very clean, with overlooking the amazing view of Orvieto. Very comfortable bed. A delicious and pleasant breakfast

The bathroom was large and very clean, but less comfortable to use. I would add a kettle with hot water and a set of coffee/tea to the room.
