当日、人数追加の対応をしてくださった。事前連絡がとれなかったので当日直接カウンターで依頼しましたが、現金追加支払いで対応いただきました。

事前に連絡が取れない。グーグルマップには電話番号の記載がありますが、呼び出し音は鳴るものの、現在使われていないとのこと。宿泊当日まで連絡が取れなくて心配になる。

Great location right next to Ishiuchi ski resort, a 1-2 minute walk from the main gondola. Good drying room facilities with easy access. Clean enough. Plenty of parking for guests with a hire car. Good enough bathing facilities but not open early enough to have a bath or shower before you go out for the day.

Underwhelming for the price. No kettle in the room, no TV in the room, no fridge in the room, no shared fridge available. No breakfast or dinner offered, but the staff were cooking food in the kitchen for themselves. Staff were nice, but the service wasn't up to scratch.
