Great location, comfortable and clean room. Loved the dumpling restaurant downstairs.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem riesigen Badezimmer mit Badewanne 🛁. Das Essen im Restaurant war super lecker und es gab sogar vegane Optionen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

The bathroom is amazing, taking a shower was truly a nice experience and the beauty products were of high quality. The bed was comfortable and the night was quite so we slept well.

When we arrived, the WiFi was not working, the day after they provided a portable one but that did not work either so we had to use our own Airalo plan and had to top-up because we had a couple of online work meeting. This service is expected to work so for us it was a major downside. The room was not exactly as in the picture, the plant was not there anymore and you can tell that the room is old. So the atmosphere was not exactly as expected from the pictures.

サウナと餃子は最高でした。

トイレのサニタリーボックスに前回の方のゴミ、ベットサイドに使用済みのコンタクトレンズ、テーブルは飲み物の汚れでベタベタ、電気ケトルには入室前から水が残った状態。室内照明は電気ケトルをつけると照度が変わる、ヒンジが緩んで固定されていないライト、枯れ果てた植栽、冷えの悪い冷蔵庫。総じて室内清掃と設備のメンテナンスに問題があります。

サウナが良かった

サウナ、浴室についての説明が無かった 椅子が小さかった 部屋に備え付けられてる風呂の設備に問題があった 風呂に椅子も桶も無かった 給湯器のパネルが無く給湯状況が分かりにくかった 備え付けの歯ブラシが古く乾燥しており 歯磨き粉は固まって使い物にならなかった コンセントの設備が古く劣化が見られ 使用を控えた エアコンの風量が弱く最大風量にしても 部屋が冷えるまで長い時間がかかった 備え付けの冷蔵庫は冷えず、冷却調整も無いため 使い物になっていなかった

Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. We just absolutely loved Hotel inc. The room was massive, had everything we needed and the sauna with pools on top was just an absolute dream. Top it up with delicious gyoza and you get a perfect experience. Hotel inc is not very typical so be ready for something different - but that’s what we exactly looked for. Would love to go back one day.
