The host is very kind and goes out of her way to help and make recommendations. The property is gorgeous, I was not expecting such a beautiful Japanese garden. There are plenty of amenities, washers, dryers, restrooms, and showers, and the coffee is the best I've had from any hotel stay in Japan. Super cute restaurant next door that they run as well! Mitaki Temple is right next door, do not skip it! It's a 14 mib trek up the hill from the local train if you have luggage. The bus that gets you closer has limited times, but with a little bit of planning, you can make your life easier.
