The Oceanfront Inn

The room was perfect! The staff arranged flowers and treats for my husband and I to celebrate a milestone anniversary. They went above and beyond. We LOVED the in room jacuzzi tub. We left the slider open the entire time we were there. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean is calming. The balcony is private. It is a small venue and it is amazing!! They even brought us a brownie up to our room when I wanted chocolate!! We brought pizza back to our room (So GOOD!!) because the view in our room couldn't be beat!

I don't know how they could improve, they exceeded all expectations! We were there to focus on each other and tune everything else out. It worked!!

The view was great. The little cafe was cute-open in the morning. If you get there late bring provisions. We found a restaurant that was good. Gyppos. But tried Mario's- this is not a restaurant. It is a bar- from the feel was a local hang out and it didn't feel, when we walked in, super welcoming. The room/apartment was clean inside, though everything but the tv was outdated so it didn't feel totally cared for.

First off, this place is an hour off the 101 (maybe 20 Miles but the twisty narrow road to get there was not outlined in the description on this site. So maybe there is a gem at the end, nope. We rented the top floor apartment- this was a separate building that looked like it was not really safe to enter. There was. O one on site when we arrived. The signs in the door pointed us to the entrance. There were tarps on the roof- didn't know if there was a roof or other issues. I think they were covering skylights, in the end. There was a keyless entry code to go get in then a flight of stairs. I'm not sure if that was clear on the description. There was no way to lock it from the inside- no chain or extra barrier. The apartment had about 10 light switches and maybe 3-4 worked. There were light bulbs missing. The cool thing about this apartment I thought would be the deck. It was scary to walk on. The deck felt spongy and boards were not secured. The rail was also sketchy. From the deck the tarp hung over the roof into the view of the beautiful ocean. I spent a lot of money on this space it it was somewhat terrifying. I would not recommend the apartment. I can't say about the hotel- but overall it was in an isolated area -maybe good for a few days with friends to explore or contemplate the ocean, not a great overnight stay.

It was super clean, comfy beds, insane view and the sounds of the ocean! We were on the top floor, three rooms in a row - everything was wonderful.

Great property. Coffee shop below was huge bonus. Great location. Perfect place to relax and explore.

Breakfast was excellent, room was beautifully newly remodeled inside. View was wonderful.

Outside deck was falling apart needs repair.

Location, clean, quiet.

Older, no elevator but wasn’t a problem.
