"Lovely place to stay"

Clean, comfortable, great location, good facilities. Love heart sweets were a nice touch.

It was a little bit confusing trying to find the key safe, as there were two entrances, and the correct key safe was hidden behind the wall by the rear one. Could have done with a mat in the shower in the ensuite bathroom, it was a bit slippery.

Problems with the bathroom shower door which came off and could have been dangerous. No coffee table near the settee. The window opposite the television allowed the sun to blot out some of the screen. Some information about the flat and appliances would have been useful and some local info i.e shops etc would have helped.

Great location 10-15 walk into town, free parking, everything you needed in kitchen very clean.

Ensuit toilet seat missing inconvenience due to 2x couples had to share one toilet, seating for 2 couples in lounge was to cramped, little niggle there was no hand wash in containers in bathroom.

"Hard to locate, harder to enter"

Overall good place

Very hard to find the keys and location. Instructions are not clear enough. Even the local residents who tried helping struggled to find and open it up.

"Totally ruined trip: bloodstained sheets and mattress cover. Will never stay there again."

Was good until ruined by bloodstained sheets, mattress cover and mattress.

Blood stained sheets, mattress cover and some on mattress. Had to remove and sleep within duvet cover. Had a very bad nights sleep. Replaced next day, but at end of trip expected some compensation for the one night. Host wouldn't offer compensation.

"Nice modern apartment, nice décor, heating worked well, nice shower 15mins walk to the Quay"

Apartment was nicely decorated, the heating worked well, the shower was nice and it was only 15min walk to the Quay.

No personal touch, in the other places we stayed there was always someone to greet us. There was no welcome pack so had to contact "owner" to find out how to connect to Wi-Fi. There was never anyone available to pick up my call ( 3 attempts) , I had to leave a message on an answering machine then would be contacted by email or via the booking.com app.

"Very convenient and spacious apartment, only a short walk to ferry terminal."

Spacious Quiet Short walk to main centre

Ensuite toilet had no lid and seat was detached from the toilet. En-suite shower had poor drainage
