difficult to find the property but turn into Jefferson avenue then take 2nd left onto Adams Close then 2nd right into the housing area there is a childrens small playpark at the bottom and the place is on the left. keys can be found behind the wall by the back entrance.

Better instructions to find the key lock box would have been useful as it was round the back

The apartment was spacious, stylish, clean and comfortable. A welcome touch with milk and soft drinks left in the fridge for us. Only a short walk from Hamworthy park/beach and the harbour. Lovely views, past the immediate wasteland. Communication with the owners before and on arrival was helpful. Check in and out instructions were clear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A few minor snags - one of the blind cords were broken and we had to roll by hand every morning. The en suite toilet was missing it's lid, both issues reported to the owners. There were stairs to climb with our luggage, and the building was tricky to find as it was off Adam's Close, but having read previous reviews we were expecting that.

Location

We had difficulty finding the flat, good photos sent but if we'd been told the parking was off Adam's Close it would have saved us 20 mins !!! Blind in bedroom didn't pull back up in the morning, so we lost the stunning view. Shame as we reported it but no maintenance available and radio silence for the rest of the week. Only toilet rolls, kitchen roll, salt and pepper. A longline milk in fridge and some washing up sponges. Oh and ear cleaning buds !!! No drawers for clothes. Just 5 coat hangers on open rail, but nut bolts on the floor, so we didn't bother with it. Shane there were issues with the place, but stunning views , although not in the bedroom as blind didn't function !!! When I emailed the company I was told that they get good reviews !!!

The property was poorly maintained with many issues. The kitchen tap dripped constantly.Blinds had come off 2 windows and not replaced. No toilet lid in en suite. Left hand tap handle comes off. No dishwasher tablets. Kettle needs descaling. No wifi instructions. The tiles above one of the beds were peeling off. No option to recycle anything. Gaining entry was a fiasco. We were only provided with a photograph of the key box which disappeared from the email after a few days (an issue known by property). Needs simple instructions eg turn 2nd left off Jefferson Avenue into Adams Close then first right etc, Explain how to find keybox!

Great location - ideal for access to Parkstone YC

Some small niggles (no soap, dripping tab and some minor damage), but nothing to detract from the overall experience.

Apartment tidy and in close location to the Quay.

Nightmare finding the exact location of property. Main entrance street named exactly the same as our property name which was in a cul de sac 500 metres away along another road called something entirely different. Expected it to be on the street with same name as you would expect. Really needed a map sent with property highlighted. Rang 0800 number several times which was given as contact number for any queries, had ansaphone reply "not available at this time". Had a problem locating lockbox as it wasnt on the door but hidden on a wall in a dark corner and two people staying nearby helped but couldn't find it either. Had numerous attempts during the week to use the electronic tag to get in but often didnt work. Lots of people we spoke to on the site had the same problem and were less than impressed as the only option was to wait for someone else in the building to come back and try their tag. No can opener in kitchen. Lots of decaying food bits under settee cushions yet was supposed to be used as a bed settee.
