Contemporary and modern decor. Extremely spacious, bright apartment with beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Beds & pillows very comfortable. Tea/coffee/milk, etc supplied was a welcome touch! Great location and attractive, smart development where apartment was situated, felt very safe and secure. The management company were very helpful and accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

Had no hot water until we realised the boiler hadn’t been switched on! Heating wasn’t switched on, so was a little chilly and no way of contacting anyone out of hours/Sunday to get help with this. Perhaps provide an out of hours contact telephone number or messaging service?

The property was very clean and comfortable. Views over the quay provided great interest. The few neighbours we met were very helpful and pleasant. The town was within easy walkable reach .

We found the TV difficult to manage but as we were out most of the time it wasn’t a problem .
