"Not a pleasant stay"

It is near at three KK city center

Room was dirty. The floor was slippery and slimy. There was a smell in the room. The property stated that parking can be arranged if requested but the staff straight off says that parking is not provided

"An okay stay. Friendly staffs and very helpful."

The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Had few problems but they resolved it quickly.

It’s okay for short stay meaning you dont need to stay in the room for long. A bit uncomfortable to have the sink in the room instead of in the bathroom but we make do. The toilet door is a bit tricky to close. A bit run down but yeah for the price it offers, understandable. Wish the hotel improves in the future, good luck!

"I just love the location of the hotel due to theres alot of shop below and next to it centre point"

Nearby centrepoint area.

The lift and lobby area. We are carrying bags and have to bring our bags to the lobby (in between ground floor and first floor) by the stairs. Too bad no staff are there to help=( The airconditoner is not working well. The room is hot and smelly.

Just nice view... and... staff very very helpful...good staff at receiption...the boy i give 5 star

1. Pillow...cover its ok...but inside is to dirty..must be change new pillow 2. So many plug point cannot function...just one at the wall toilet....i chargging my phone at toilet wall 3. Tv cannot function...cattle also 4. Paintting wall and ceiling pelled off 5. Water heater cannot function 6. Toilet door broken 7. On booking web show have bathtub...but no have...please look back 8. Room price not worth it with facilities... 9. no freezer 10. Basin at the room...not at the toilet 11. I can hear side room close and open door
