"It is good for short stay due to expensive private parking space outsite the hotel premise."

It is right in the middle of the main tourist attractions and seafood eating heaven.

Difficult to get parking space and the window curtain facing the bed area was not provided. If there were other guests in the room, nothing could cover the window if one wants to use the shower/toilet.
