"Terrible cleanliness but service is good"

The service is good and their responses to your requests are fast. We asked them to fix something in the room and they did it swiftly.

Due to lack of inspection, lots of things are broken when we checked in. No hot water, a clogged sink, dirty carpets, leaking bidet and a broken lamp. Also, there is a light that cannot be turned off so we had to sleep through the night with it on.

"We did not stay there as felt not safe and room was dirty"

Very small and dirty room, damaged window in bathroom making it not safe, mouldy air con, dirty bed and carpets. We actually did not stay there because of those issues. We requested the refund but during that reception staff gone for his meal break. All sorted via booking.com
