"Perfect stay for couples. Quiet. Great location and breakfast."

James and Dora were exceptional hosts. The breakfast everyday was wonderful. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The guest house was easy to access. We Ubered to and from the train station with our luggage, but used the very convenient bus system for other transportation.

That Hogmanay got cancelled, but that had nothing to do with the guest house!

"My first castle experience"

The magic of the castle. I was so eager to explore the grounds and take in the beautiful scenery. The food was delicious! I was unaware of having 90 minutes a day for the spa. USE IT! The spa time really elevated my stay.

Phone service was spotty, but it is a castle and all. Enjoy the environment.

Anfitriones muy preocupados y amables. Desayuno delicioso y completo. Parada de bus en la puerta de la casa. Barrio tranquilo, cercano a comercio, con un extenso parque frente al alojamiento.

Prácticamente todo fue perfecto. Si tuviera que decir algo negativo, sería que el techo suena mucho por el viento, pero nada grave; pudimos dormir bien de todas formas.

"Best guesthouse :)"

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the breakfast was outstanding with worldclass omelet ;) and the host was incredibly kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

The only downside was that the room was a bit cold when we first arrived; preheating would have made the experience even better :)

Great location with bus stop right outside for easy access to the City Centre. The place was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The room was warm and well equipped. Hosts friendly & helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
