Very comfortable, nice small touches, enjoyed getting the daily shortbread. Breakfast was excellent! Location was good and easy to get in to city centre.

"The best guesthouse ever!"

Everything! James and Dora are outstanding hosts. I have never felt so cared for and looked after as I did here. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. I was celebrating my birthday when I was staying here and they even got me a birthday present! They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

I didn't like that I had to leave 😅 I could have easily stayed for another week!

The guest house is well maintained, feels cosy, our room was upstairs. The room was well cleaned, spacious and it was cleaned daily. There’s a bus stop right in front of the house which we used daily to go the city centre which was great and cheaper than other transport means. The house has a dining room which was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious where you can choose from a variety in a menu. James and Dora hospitality was remarkable, they made us feel comfortable. One day we had to leave before breakfast time to the highland tour and they offered to pack us food for our trip.

It is the most wonderful bed and breakfast run with great passion by Dora and James. They offer guest the most warm and homely hospitality, a rarity in today times. The place is kept impeccably clean, the bed comfortable and the towels fresh. The breakfast cooked by Dora is absolutely delightful. The bus to the city center leaves from right outside the gate.

The only negative for me was the fact that the washbasin in the bathroom is very narrow, almost unusable. But I would overlook this any day and come back here again.
