Unable to get access code. Tried to log into Hotels.com to send a message, but could not get in. Says free parking but no spaces. Tried calling Hotels.com. After multiple choose "1" the system cut me off with no help. Worst hotel experience ever. Had to book elsewhere from the roadside. Garbage. Will dispute with credit card company,

Security gate entry, right beside riverwalk, 5min walk to Brightline & local bus terminal. The ammenities were sufficient aircon, toaster, oven cook top, large fridge. I would definitely stay here again. Outdoor seating area.

A slight inconvenience was the position of the TV, maybe have it attached to the wall so can swivel.

The property is good and as described, no surprises. The train nearby can sound like thunder, if you are easily shaken by that I would avoid this place. If you like the Riverwalk, then this place is just steps away. It's a nice walk and going to be very nice as it develops over time. It's also across the street from the Fort Lauderdale museum and a block away from the Science museum.

The location and ease of getting around was great. The room was clean and everything worked well. There was a shortage of cooking supplies and aids, such as pot holders, and the limited number of dishes and one dish towel, did present some challenges at times.

Very pleasantly surprised. Great accommodations on a culdesac .Very cute and cozy place. Easy in and easy out.

Nothing to say about what I didn’t like. Was satisfied with everything.

Nice place, quiet, clean, very large television, easy to access, and excellent location for The Riverfront area.

Everything was perfect!!

Location was great. Outside of noise from nightlife till 6am. Rooms are slightly below average. When booking ask for towels. Communication with property is pretty difficult you will get responded to but action takes a lot of effort. Also nightlife around area took our parking had to find parking and paid for overnight parkiing super inconvenient. Property doesnt care. Call 3057638166 if you need action ask them for property manager.

Excellent location right next to the Riverwalk. Excellent communications with property management. Safe and secure electronic gates and front door. Spacious, cute, newly remodeled. However small repairs, caulking and painting are sloppy in spots and where it overlaps and hasn’t been scraped off properly is collecting dirt. Could have been cleaned more thoroughly—baseboards and doors were dirty and floor felt sticky. Once I cleaned up a few things it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
