Great place, excellent location.

Booked the room & went to location. No front desk. No directions after booking room. Asked people that came out the gate what we needed to do. They stated they had the same issue with no information on how to get in the room & it took a while for them to get the codes. They gave me a number to call. Called the number & went to voice mail. After an hour standing outside, I chatted with one of your representative & she was so helpful of getting in touch with the people of the property. They finally sent the link & instructions in a text in which they never did until the representative got in touch with them.

The location was perfect. Close to the Brightline train station and close to all the things to do on Las Olas Blvd. The apartment had all the necessary things you need for a weekend trip. Nothing more, nothing less.

The only main complaint we had was the comfort of the sofa’s pull-out bed.

Check in was horrible. They didn’t communicate or send me a code to get into the facility. No staff on site. phone number on hotels.com and online is a fake number. I had to get a text message number from another guest who was already checked in. Once I had this number then I was able to get them to send me the codes. Every night there was either someone partying loudly or people fighting and screaming at each other for hours and hours on end between 2am and 6am. The police were called and someone was talking about prior to that during the arguing someone was talking about their weed being stolen. To cap it all off, we were locked out before checkout time so we lost access to our bags after breakfast. I had to climb through a window to get my things. Worst place I have stayed at and I have stayed in plenty of cheap motels

The location is unbeatable if youre visiting ft lauderdale for the nightlife, theatre, food, etc. Was nice of the host to let me check-in early, however... The towels were not all fresh. The trash wasnt emptied and someone had left their vape. In other words, it was improperly or unthoroughly cleaned. Finally, when I requested a late checkout until 2, the host informed me that wasnt possible because of an incoming guest. I had a late flight and stayed in the gated area until 3. The cleaner didnt even show up until that time, so I definitely could have stayed until 2 and the host flatly lied to me.

I enjoyed the property being so close to the water. The property management team and office were all very responsive and quick to assist with issues even on the weekends! Definitely appreciated the entire team :)

The location was great. The bed was awful. It was completely wore out and you would sink to the box spring. I was there for work and booked for 5 nights. I had to sleep in my van several nights because of my severe back problems. I texted a person of contact and would get replies as if they would try to address the problem. They were full of fluff. Book this place on the phone and make sure you don't get room 6. Also, if someone is doing laundry, your kitchen sink will fill up during the rinse cycle. Gross.
