Quiet neighbourhood, offsttreet parking for 2 cars. Lock box for easy check in. Great communication throughout. We were going to a gig at the 02 Ritz which is about 30 mins walk away. As we arrived late we got an uber which took 3 mins to arrive. We did get stuck in traffic once in Manchester so allow plenty of time to get there. I had to pay a £250 deposit, but this was refunded immediately upon receipt of my bank details. Very spacious. 2 bedrroms had double beds, one very large, and the 3rd bedroom had a dbl bed and a single. Nice living room, and nice back garden.

Some areas could do with a bit of TCL but this didn't spoil our stay.

Nice master bed and indeed a spacious enough house for 5 people.

Management surprised us by messaging us a day before check-in that they needed copies of a photo ID and a security deposit. This was not clearly communicated when booking and could have been asked for a week prior to the booking for example. To make matters worse, the deposit could only be paid by using PayPal or Revolut if you are not from the UK. I didn't have either, so I had to make an account especially for this. It ended up costing me 14 euros to pay for the deposit, even though it was redeemed in full. Even though the house had many amenities (the ironing board was well appreciated), some obvious things were lacking like hand soap in the kitchen, clean scouring sponges or rags and a door stopper. The shower temperature knob was broken and the shower head was in a fixed but very low position making it uncomfortable. To top it off, the living room had one of these bare blue/white lightbulbs, which made it about as cosy as an operating theatre. Wasn't all bad, but the place felt a bit loveless and the deposit situation would make me not recommended this place to people from outside the UK.
