Beds were clean,very roomy house

Garden over grown messy / dirty ...,bins over flowing ..house needs a good clean, & decorate

Great host, really flexible to accommodate early check-in to drop off luggage. Quick to respond to any questions and to any communications. Friendly The house is exactly what you expect. Had everything needed. Close to the city center

Location great and the home was comfortable. It was lovely that there were some children's books and games in the living room.

Poor communication with host. Had to call after check in time for keycode. In advance of the stay I had to send copies of photo ID to an email address and a deposit of £250 via bank transfer. Receipt of this was not acknowledged and I was chased for it again. The property had a broken door latch on the bathroom door so it couldn't close. The host let me know about this on the afternoon of check in. I chased for the deposit return 2 weeks after my stay, and was told I hadn't followed instructions and that they had tried to call me, but I had no record of such a call. At this point the host had been in touch with me via email, WhatsApp, phone and used the messaging portal on booking.com so there were many ways they could have got in touch with me. Overall, rude host with poor organisational skills let down what would have been a good stay.
