This is our second stay here in 3 weeks. The pub itself has a real 'local' atmosphere. The food is divine. We had the (special) tempura prawns and Sid's curry from the main menu and was not disappointed at all. Charlie who pretty much runs the bar is super efficient.

The bed is a little too hard for us and there was a little noise that came from downstairs quite early in the morning - mainly music. We were awake anyhow but possilby a little annoying if you were trying to have a lie in.

Lovely place. Comfy and clean.

Breakfast was too late starting at 8.30. i needed to get away earlier so missed it.

First time we have taken Taff (the Lab) with us on a short break and didn’t know what to expect. I need not have worried as he was welcomed like any guest and had a blanket,towel,2 bowls and even poo bags waiting. The hotel itself was perfect for us. Very clean and perfectly placed for visiting all along the north coast. Breakfast was ‘Kinglike’ and set us up for the day! The staff were lovely and friendly … Thank you for making our stay a memorable one x
