Samsung Coex House

The location was great. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants and the COEX Mall was a 2 min walk. I loved the little pharmacy that was right downstairs, the pharmacists were super helpful. We had a little minor hiccup with the door code and arrived at 1am and was afraid that we were going to be locked out. Luckily the host picked up and helped us resolve it. One more thing is that I left my airpods and realized it was left behind when I was at the airport. The host was SO kind and sent it back to the USA for me. HUGE KUDDOS!!!!

The only complaint was the heat was not working for 1 day but the host and management team fixed it.

Loft area is great for young kids ...not for young adult kids.. low ceiling!!!!

Great location, multiple food options, nice furnishings and comfortable environment. The neighbourhood is beautiful, clean and lively.

Slightly small space

Great location near Coex Mall and many other shops and restaurants! Beautiful property with more than enough space for our family of 4. Owner was kind and easy to communicate with and made our stay seamless

Trash sorting can be a bit complex

My family and I love the layout of the unit, the beds are comfy and give us close resemblance of our own home. With the availability of washer and dryer, dish washer and airdresser for our jackets since it was winter time, made the entire stay wonderful and efficient. Moreover we could even vast our movies as the mega TV was a smart one. As the sightseeing locations we planned to visit span across many places, staying near the subway made traveling easy for us and that included taking the Airport Limousine Bus which was just across the road. There are several food eateries, convenience stalls below and behind where we stay, so we don't go hungry even late nights.

For loft level (upper level), not convenient for tall guys. Most instructions on the equipment mainly in Korean, luckily some main instructions are provided in English and we use PaPaGo to translate.
