Excellent stay with great hospitality The location of the property is excellent and very convenient. The staff were extremely welcoming — the team member received us at 1 AM with a smile and even assisted us with parking.The room was very neat, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was large and comfortable with quality bedding. Amenities were thoughtfully provided, including shampoo, conditioner, handwash, and fresh towels. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and well-kept. Overall, we really enjoyed the atmosphere and had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

The property was clean and well-located. However, there is no elevator available, which made accessing upper floors difficult for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Parking is available in an open area, but the premises do not have a closed gate, which may be a concern for security. One suggestion for improvement: providing an electric kettle in the rooms would be very helpful for guests who need hot water for tea/coffee or other purposes

Stayed at Aroma Service Villa for 2 nights with family. The experience was exceptional and great value for money. The room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained, ideal for a family stay. Having 2 king-size beds was a major advantage and easily accommodated all of us comfortably. The bathroom and shower area were spotless, and the villa was well equipped with good quality toiletries. The location is excellent – Kalamassery Metro Station is just 300m away, which made commuting very easy. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and food options nearby, so we were never short of choices. The valet parking service was also very convenient for us. A special mention to the host Manoj – his hospitality and support made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. He ensured everything was well arranged and was very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable, clean, and affordable place. We would definitely choose this stay again!
