Very well located next to a metro, very friendly and helpful owner who went out of his way to help with anything, and the room was massive much bigger than I expected. Air conditioning worked well also, and the owner let me keep my luggage in the room much longer than check out as my flight wasn’t until the evening.
I didn’t mind this at all, but some people might like more security as there’s no concierge like a hotel so if you’re very security conscious you might worry about this - but the area seems very safe even at night time
