Other than that the location seems hidden away, I would say this is a gem of a place to stay in. Our room was exceptionally large, air conditioned, two very large sized beds, spotless clean bathrooms, hot water shower thru an attached geyser, waterfall shower head that flows so smoothly, and a whole lot more. Beds were very comfortable, at least for me because I love a firm mattress. In short, minus a front ambiance, this place is a steal for the price and deal we got. Oh, it's also only a 2-minute walk to Kalamasery metro station, and 2 stops away from the Lulu Mall metro station. Lots of restaurants around too. Lastly, I greatly commend the host Manoj for a very personable service. A totally nice, kind and flexible person. He heard me have a cough and was kind enough to share something natural he uses for cough, and it was very helpful. I greatly recommend this place and pray the service and cleanliness never changes.
Only that the location gets lost behind some regular storefront stores. But being a serviced villa, this actually shouldn't matter. I just didn't know what a serviced villa was. So, please don't get thrown off by the front. Go inside and see the rooms. You'll love it.

The hotel rooms are very clean and well maintained, the owner Mr. Manoj is very helpful, helped us with early check-in and late check-out. Also suggested places to visit in Kerala. Rooms nice and spacious.
