The Reward Villas

The people were nice, the property was bit small and not like resort.

This was not value for money, the breakfast option was not good in half of the price you can get better service.

The staff are really courteous & helpful. The girls at the front are sweet

It was clean but not too clean. There were someone’s socks in cupboard & some deep cleaning is required. It is not too close too the Seminiyak centre, about 10 mins by scooter. I think at this price you can find better rooms around the area.

The location, room was good, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was boring and really need much improvement. Bali has a lot to offer food wise lots of fresh fruits, various kind of food for breakfast. All they need is just an idea 💡. There's always something missing by serving the breakfast in the morning either Cup, or a plate of fruits, or even miscommunication between our order and what the kitchen staff delivered to us. Under the bed was full of dust. Bathroom could've been more cleaned better.

The staff was extremely nice, friendly and available. The room looks very pretty. You can have free daily cleaning if you want it and arrange the time that works best for you. You can call the reception desk if you need anything and they will bring it to you. You can get food from the restaurant delivered to your room from early in the morning to late at night which is very helpful.

We booked this villa to have a week of rest and quiet : impossible. It’s extremely loud all day long from early in the morning to late at night because of some construction work right next to the villas. You can hear everything from outside and the next villas (even the phone ringing in another villa) and all villas are next to each other so it’s never quiet and you don’t really feel privacy. We booked this villa to enjoy the bathtub and the pool : not enough hot water to fill even just half of the bathtub so impossible to take a bath ; the pool and terrace were always in the shade so water pretty cold, nothing to lay down near the pool and the pool isn’t cleaned even after big rain so it gets quickly dirty on the surface. We first have been asked to pay for breakfast even though it was mentioned on the booking “breakfast included” so I had to remind them otherwise they would have made us pay for it (expensive price btw). Breakfast could be more generous. Same for the villa’s restaurant : prices a bit expensive for such small plates. You get 10% off when staying at the villas but you have to remind them every time otherwise they don’t put the discount. The area is really not nice : extremely crowded with traffic, restaurants are more expensive than Ubud or other areas, streets are extremely dirty, nothing to do around, and the closest beach Petitenget (35mn walk) is also very dirty and smelly. We were very disappointed because we paid a lot for this villa, much more than other villas we had found but we still booked it because it seemed nice and what we were looking for but it’s actually the opposite… Thank you to all the staff that was extremely nice and made the stay a bit better, otherwise I do not recommend and would not book again.

The property was really nice especially for the price.

I wish the property listing had photos showing that it was villas side by side together, so close to the neighbors. 😅 but overall it was great!
